The Website presents private long tail boat tours operated by an independent local tour operator based in Koh Samui, Thailand (the "Local Operator"), and allows users to submit an enquiry that is then forwarded to the Local Operator.

2. INTRODUCER ROLE — NO SALE, NO PAYMENT

Wannaporn Muean-ngoen acts exclusively as an introducer. The Website:

• does not sell, resell, or organise tours;
• does not process or collect any payment;
• does not form any contract with the user regarding the tour itself.

Any tour contract is concluded directly between the user and the Local Operator. Final pricing, availability, and conditions are confirmed by the Local Operator.

3. PRICES AND INFORMATION DISPLAYED

All prices and tour details shown on the Website are indicative and provided for information purposes. They do not constitute a binding offer by Wannaporn Muean-ngoen. The Local Operator may adjust prices, itineraries, or availability at any time without notice.

Wannaporn Muean-ngoen may receive a commission from the Local Operator for each introduction made through the Website. This commission does not increase the price paid by the user.

4. ENQUIRY AND PAYMENT

Enquiries are submitted via the contact form or via WhatsApp. Once submitted, the request is handled with the Local Operator to confirm availability and details. Payment is made directly at the pier on the day of the tour. No payment is processed or collected through the Website.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Since no payment is taken through the Website, cancellation and modification terms are handled flexibly. Users wishing to cancel or reschedule should get in touch as early as possible. In case of unsafe weather, a free reschedule is offered.

6. LIABILITY

The tour service itself (navigation, safety, equipment, insurance, assistance) is provided by the Local Operator under its own licenses and insurance.

Wannaporn Muean-ngoen cannot be held liable for:

• The availability, pricing, content, or quality of the tour provided by the Local Operator;
• Any delay, cancellation, modification, or non-performance by the Local Operator;
• Any accident, injury, loss, or damage occurring before, during, or after the tour;
• Any dispute arising between the user and the Local Operator.

All service-related complaints must be addressed directly to the Local Operator.

7. PERSONAL DATA

Information provided through the enquiry form is collected by Wannaporn Muean-ngoen for the sole purpose of forwarding the user's request to the Local Operator in Thailand. By submitting the form, the user expressly consents to this transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area. Data is not sold and is not used for marketing purposes without explicit consent. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
